Colistin Sulphate	150 mg.
Excipients	Q.S.

DOSAGE

For Severe Outbreaks :

150 gms Coliforte-15 per ton of feed or

1.5 gms Coliforte-15 dissolved in 10 liters of drinking water for 75-100 birds for 3-5 days

Or as directed by Registered Veterinary Practitioner
